As a woman and a working mother, she experienced the lack of diversity and inclusion at all levels in the technology industry.
Perrine is passionate about building diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces in technology companies to drive employee engagement, retention, productivity, profitability, innovation and growth.
Perrine believes that the world needs more inclusive cultures, especially in technology, to build new technologies and software that reflect the diversity of the population.
